Important Notice from the Developer
A Note from Dr. Mohammed Fasil
UHP.x is a research-grade mix design tool implementing the Absolute Volume Method. It assists in proportioning UHPC constituents — it does not predict, guarantee, or validate compressive strength, workability, or any mechanical property of the resulting concrete.
Mix designs must be verified through laboratory trial batches and validated by a qualified structural or materials engineer before any structural or commercial application.
By using this app you acknowledge that UHP.x is an iterative design aid, not a substitute for experimental validation. UHPC mix design is an iterative process — proportions should be refined through physical testing until desired performance targets are achieved.
— Dr. Mohammed Fasil, Developer, UHP.x
Limitation of Liability
UHP.x and its developer, Dr. Mohammed Fasil, accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application or reliance on its output. This includes but is not limited to:
- Structural failures or performance shortfalls in concrete mixes designed using UHP.x
- Financial loss arising from mix design decisions
- Any outcome resulting from using UHP.x output without independent professional validation
Intended Use
UHP.x is designed for use by qualified professionals including structural engineers, material scientists, and researchers with a background in concrete technology. It is a computational aid — not a replacement for engineering judgment, laboratory testing, or professional advice.
The app is not intended for use by untrained individuals making mix design decisions for structural or safety-critical applications without appropriate supervision.
Accuracy of Calculations
UHP.x implements the Absolute Volume Method as described in standard concrete mix design literature. While every effort has been made to ensure computational accuracy, the developer makes no warranty regarding the correctness of results for any specific application.
Input errors, non-standard material properties, or conditions outside the scope of the method may produce results that are technically calculated but practically inappropriate. All outputs must be reviewed by a qualified engineer.
No Engineering Advice
Nothing in UHP.x or on this website constitutes engineering advice. Outputs from UHP.x are mathematical computations based on user-provided inputs and should not be construed as professional recommendations for any specific project or application.
Intellectual Property
UHP.x, including its code, design, and assets, is the intellectual property of Dr. Mohammed Fasil. All rights reserved. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
App Store Terms
Use of UHP.x is also subject to Apple's standard App Store terms and conditions. The app is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges. Purchases are final except as required by applicable law.
